Booking and payment

Projects are confirmed once a 50% deposit is received. The remaining balance is due before final files are delivered. Prices are quoted per song unless agreed otherwise.

File requirements

Please supply consolidated 24-bit WAV stems starting from bar one, with no master bus processing, plus a rough reference mix. Additional preparation work may affect quoted pricing.

Revisions

Three revision rounds are included with every mixing project. Revisions cover adjustments to the existing arrangement; new recordings, arrangement changes, or added elements are treated as a new project.

Turnaround

First mixes are typically delivered within 3–5 business days of receiving complete stems. Revision rounds are usually returned within 48 hours. Priority turnaround is available on request.

Ownership and credit

You retain full ownership of your music. We retain the right to reference the finished work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise, and ask to be credited as mix and/or mastering engineer.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is cancelled before work starts, the deposit can be credited toward a future booking.
